We support all sectors and find many employers who are looking for experienced, skilled people in all types of roles. While it is SMEs that predominantly require our service, large private and public businesses are also very keen to make flexible working arrangements work for their organisations.

We work tirelessly to identify local employers who have (or who are prepared to consider) flexible and part time working opportunities. We network with a wide range of organisations and encourage the right type of employer to use our services to set up flexible working programmes and find staff.
