Our mission
Our principal focus is parents who've had children, but we also support anyone who wants to return to work or find a flexible working arrangement for whatever reason.
Having a family tends to be the most common reason for long term work absence, but is not the only one. We appreciate your personal situation and see no reason why it should prohibit you getting back into work.
We target all sectors and find many employers who are desperate for experienced, skilled people in all types of roles. While it is small companies and charities that predominantly require our service, large private and public businesses are also very keen to make flexible working arrangements work for their organisations.
Much of the anxiety that exists around returning to work is rooted in the worry that you won't be able to balance work and family successfully. We are not saying it's easy, but it is possible and when you get it right, it feels brilliant. You just need to apply your skills to the right job with an employer that understands your situation - that's where we come in!
We work tirelessly to identify local employers who have (or who are prepared to consider) flexible and part time working opportunities. We network with a wide range of organisations and encourage the right type of employer to use our services to set up flexible working programmes and find staff.
