Designers seek flexible marketing
A Glasgow design studio was struggling to find an experienced marketer who wanted to work part-time. Their usual word-of-mouth approach had not worked. They contacted Balance Resourcing with a brief to look for a former high-level marketing professional who wanted to mix a senior role with flexible hours. In no time, they’d found their woman.
“I had been looking for someone for months, and though good candidates had been coming through, they had all been looking for full-time work which would have been too much for us,” says the Managing Director. “When a friend told me about Balance Resourcing, I thought that their links at the school gates sounded like a great alternative to our usual word-of-mouth network.
