Understanding your business requirements

We concentrate exclusively on part-time recruitment, so we know how to design a flexible role to suit your business needs and attract quality candidates. We will work with you to consider how much flexibility to offer in the key skill requirements, job duties and appropriate salary.

We will look at the hours the job needs - you might want to consider shorter days, fewer days per week, term-time only, job-shares, maternity cover, an element of home-working. There are many flexible options that will help you attract the best candidates. We'll help you choose the right one for the job. 

 

Sourcing high calibre candidates

Using a variety of strategies, we will target quality candidates for your vacancy and encourage them to apply. We have a broad range of local candidates who have registered with us to seek part-time and flexible work, and can reach out to an even wider audience through our local networks. The huge diversity in the working backgrounds of our candidates gives us a high success rate in filling vacancies.

Think about it – for all types of roles, there are experienced people who want to work part-time; Balance Resourcing is where they come. Many of our candidates are not on the books of traditional agencies, as these don’t generally deal with part-time roles.

 

Screening and short-listing

We will get under the skin of your organisation, to understand the kind of individual who will really fit well. We screen applicants’ CVs, handle all initial enquiries, conduct preliminary interviews and arrange meetings on your behalf. We will provide you with a short-list of candidates who are well qualified for the role.
